The cry bullying of those promoting a live streamed holocaust is a sight to behold. Dahlia Kurtz has announced that I’m a threat to dox her while doxxing me in an odious suit launched after her criminal case against me collapsed.
Soon after the prosecution recently dropped the criminal case against me for allegedly harassing Kurtz, she sued me and Roger Waters for defamation. She’s seeking $150 000 each. Zionist media account Israel Cool published Kurtz’ “Originating Application for Compensatory and Punitive Damages For Defamation”, including my home address. Subsequently, the aggressively Zionist anonymous Leviathan account put the first page of the application containing my home address prominently on the front of their tweet below the caption, “Time for some accountability: Roger Waters & Yves Engler are being sued by Dahlia Kurtz for defamation. While Mr. Waters can more than afford it, Mr. Engler may not be getting enough funding from his Communist & Far Left allies.”
Alongside this post, Leviathan published a picture of someone who looks like me screaming
naked on a toilet with the words, “When it’s all said & done, we predict this is all that may be left for Mr. Engler:”
My three-year-old and eight-year-old children live at my home.
Zionists have threatened violence against me dozens of times. I have also been shoved, spat on and had my bike destroyed by Zionist thugs.
The public circulation of my address was because Kurtz, her lawyer Neil Oberman or someone connected to them released their application to genocide-promoting media and influencers. Within hours of receiving the application from Kurtz’ lawyer seeking $300 000 plus legal costs, Israel Cool published an article about the document. Another Zionist account also immediately published the document itself.
Kurtz/Oberman knew what they were doing. In the suit they filed against me, Kurtz’ address is listed as Oberman’s law firm. It notes prominently on the opening page, “Given the conduct of Defendant Engler and his continuous attempts to inspire and promote hate towards the Plaintiff, her personal home address is not being provided. Upon demand by Defendants and subject to a confidentiality agreement or Court Order, her address will be provided.”
Aware of the doxxing potential of releasing a home address, Kurtz/Oberman sent mine to hostile individuals without blacking it out. But, they claim, it’s Kurtz who is the victim of doxxing.
Kurtz sued me ten days after the prosecution dropped absurd “harassment” charges she instigated against me a year ago. I spent five days in jail in a successful bid to defeat release conditions designed to block me from mentioning Kurtz’s case against me. But, of course, according to Kurtz, she’s the victim in our interactions.
I’ve never met Kurtz, messaged her or threatened her in any way. I have no idea where she lives and have never sought information on her whereabouts. In fact, I assumed she was in Florida since seeing a post of hers stating she was moving there. Immediately after Mark Carney won the federal election, Kurtz wrote, “COMING SOON: The Islamic Republic of Canada” and “I’m moving to Florida. I am not safe in Canada.”
Until she got the police to charge me in February, my interaction with Kurtz consisted of responding to tweets that appeared in my X feed and writing several paragraphs about an interview she did with the Winnipeg Sun in an article I headlined “Canadian media prioritizes ‘antisemitism’ over freezing Gaza babies”. I have never even followed Kurtz on X.
In the suit Kurtz alleges my criticism of her (for which she pushed to have me jailed) is the reasons others have criticizedor threatened her. Yet she’s repeatedly posted about people disagreeing with her since long before our first interaction on X, which was in March 2024. In one post Kurtz noted, “Good thing I lost all my friends but one after October 7 [2023]. Fewer people to turn me in to the Gestapo after Kristallnacht. Shabbat Shalom!”
Kurtz has repeatedly claimed to be the victim, while disparaging Palestinians and Muslims, and promoting Israel’s killing. In a typical recent example, Kurtz posted “Michael Caine has officially been afflicted with propaganda derangement syndrome” on top of an image of the well-known actor stating, “Feed the children of Gaza, no child should be starving”.
Yes, Dahlia Kurtz knows who the victims are. And it is not the tens of thousands starving children in Gaza. It is her.
